Sales Manager – North of England (A&D & Hospitality)

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious A&D Sales Manager to take ownership of an exciting region covering the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic chance to work at the heart of the premium furniture & interiors wholesale market, growing relationships with leading architects, designers, hotel groups and specifiers.

This role is about more than just sales — you’ll act as a trusted partner to the A&D and hospitality community, representing a stunning product portfolio, hosting Lunch & Learns, networking events and showroom presentations, and ultimately turning creative conversations into commercial success.

You’ll be given the autonomy to run this like your own business, managing established accounts while hunting out new opportunities and growing project-led sales. With huge potential for growth in this region, this is a role for someone with energy, vision and commercial drive. You will manage a client base of circa 250 accounts that have huge potential of growth. We are looking for someone who can question, fact find, understand and build relationships to grow these accounts and to win new business in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver a clear sales strategy across the A&D and hospitality sectors
  • Develop existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive outreach, meetings and site visits
  • Present collections with confidence using samples, lookbooks and digital tools
  • Organise and host Lunch & Learns, design studio visits and showroom events
  • Grow relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers and hotel groups
  • Represent the brand at leading trade shows and industry events
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service from enquiry to aftercare
  • Keep your CRM and pipeline sharp with regular reporting and insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in furniture, interiors or design-led products
  • Strong network within the A&D, hospitality or contract markets
  • Proven track record of hitting targets, opening new doors and growing accounts
  • Confident presenting to clients one-to-one and in groups
  • Commercially savvy, with strong negotiation and project pricing experience
  • Energetic, self-motivated and entrepreneurial – thrives when given ownership

Salary

Competitive + Bonus up to £15,000 (Paid Quarterly & Annually) + Hybrid or Electric Car + Benefits
