A brand-new role created due to significant growth within a forward-thinking, design-led group of companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in the A&D community, showroom sales, or interiors sector, looking to take the next step into a pure specification sales role.

You’ll be working closely with architects, designers, and specifiers across London and the M4 corridor, promoting a high-quality interiors product used in commercial and residential projects. This would suit someone with a passion for design and interiors, who enjoys networking, hosting ‘lunch & learns’, attending industry events, and building long-term relationships.

The company operates in the premium space and is highly respected within its field. The role is well-suited to someone coming from any relevant interiors-related industry — whether that’s furniture, fabrics, textiles, kitchens, bathrooms, or other premium interior products. The key is a strong desire to grow, develop, and progress within a dynamic business that invests in its people.

The Role:

  • Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers across London and the surrounding area.
  • Deliver CPD presentations, lunch & learns, and showroom meetings.
  • Manage the full specification process from initial brief through to secured orders via procurement partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Grow awareness of the brand within the A&D community and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and update sample libraries, design studios, and client materials.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with all client interactions and project pipelines.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and key industry functions.

Ideal Background:

  • Currently working within the interiors space — showroom sales, A&D, or sales support, looking for a step up, or already in a specification or design-focused sales role.
  • Background in any interiors-related industry: fabrics, furniture, kitchen, bathroom, textiles, wall coverings, flooring, or lighting.
  • Passion for design, trends, and the interiors industry.
  • Enjoys networking, building relationships, and being out in the design community.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own diary.
  • Tech-savvy – confident with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and email comms.

Package:

Competitive Basic Salary (DOE)

Bonus/Commission Scheme uncapped

Car - Hybrid

Laptop + Phone + Expenses

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Location:

London-based – preference for candidates within Greater London or easily commutable.
