Country Manager / Sales Director

ASR are proud to be working exclusively with a premium European Manufacturer of design-led bathroom solutions, to appoint a dynamic, commercially astute Country Manager / Sales Director to lead and grow their UK business.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full commercial responsibility and a clear mandate:develop the strategy, drive growth, and lead from the front.

 

The Opportunity

Lead and develop a small UK team of experienced Sales Managers

Take ownership of an established account base of circa 300 customers, with strong presence across independent retail, specification / project sales, key distributors and online.  Focusing on quality over quantity, exclusive and targeted showrooms.

Support and coach the field team, maximising account performance while unlocking new revenue opportunities across emerging verticals such as assisted living, hospitality, and high-end residential.

Launch and champion new product ranges, collaborating withEuropean HQ on go-to-market strategy, brand visibility, and UK-specific marketing initiatives.

Assess and enhance existing sales channels, while exploring untapped opportunities in specification, direct sales, and digital.

Be a visible, inspirational leader – comfortable in the field, with clients, and at board level.

About You

An ambitious commercial leader—either an established CountryManager / Sales Director or a high-performing National Sales Manager ready to step up.

Strong background working with European-manufactured premium products, ideally in the bathroom, interiors, or aligned sectors.

A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, who thrives on developing people, identifying opportunity, and leading through example.

Skilled at managing complex customer relationships, coaching teams, and building a performance-driven culture.

Passionate, hands-on, and ready to shape the future direction of the UK business.
