We are partnering with a fantastic brand within the bathroom industry in search of an ambitious and focused Area Sales Manager with proven experience in the sector.

 

 

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-focusedArea Sales Manager to oversee and grow a key Midlands territory.

This role involves working closely with independentretailers, showrooms, and merchants to build long-term partnerships and drivedemand for high-quality bathroom products.

You'll inherit and manage a client base with significantgrowth potential. You’ll be responsible for developing Bathroom Retail Showroomaccounts—maximising display space, optimising product ranges, and ensuringexceptional service and marketing support.

 

 

Package:

Competitive Basic salary - OTE £60,000

Realistic, achievable quarterly bonus

The Ideal Candidate

Strong background in the bathroom sector with a successful track record in managing showroom or retail accounts.

A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong business connections.

Able to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow market share.

Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to progress within a dynamic and supportive business environment.

Experienced: From a retail or trade sales background—ideally with Area or Regional management experience.

Strategic Thinker: Able to negotiate deals, develop accounts, and drive growth.

Industry Passionate: Experience in bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, or building materials is highly desirable.
